Evidence-governed prospect research. Every claim, stakeholder and business pressure in a prospectus traces back to a specific, verified source, and nothing ships until a reviewer approves it.
The problem
Account research for enterprise sales is usually a pile of copied links and confident-sounding slides. Nobody can say which statements are sourced, which are guesses, and which are out of date, so the deck gets trusted more than it deserves.
Approach
- Start from a company and its domain: crawl the site and enrich from public sources (search, news, SEC EDGAR).
- Verify every evidence block against six named gates before anything can become a claim.
- Promote governed claims; contested or thin ones are held for review instead of quietly passing.
- Build the analytical layer on top: stakeholders, systems, business pressures, modernization themes, validation questions and open unknowns.
- Run a GROMA-style audit over the assembled record. A check that can't run reports "unavailable", never a silent pass.
- Map pressures to value through an explicit Pressure → Outcome → Pilot → Value chain. Unproven mappings render as hypotheses with their state attached.
- Qualification scores are withheld until every contributing condition is actually known. "We can't tell yet" is kept separate from "bad pursuit".
Governed lifecycle
Promotion alone only makes a claim retrievable for internal work. It becomes usable for decisions or client-facing material only after it is both approved by a reviewer and published. Those are two separate decisions, and permitted use is decided in one fail-closed policy that the AI stage cannot widen.
